London was traumatic because it had a lot of old tube stations without escalators and elevators which are hard to find. Thus, we had to resort to carrying the stroller by hand through flights of stairs.
In Singapore, we never experienced that. Almost all pavements have ramps for strollers. The MRT stations had special entrances for strollers and the likes. They also had elevators to each and every floor. It was located usually as you enter the station. Most had step free platforms too.
Also, almost all malls and shops had elevators because most escalators do not allow buggies.
This feeding station was actually at the Gardens By The Bay, but pretty much all malls had very decent changing stations with feeding stations...most are just located beside or inside the toilet.
