Late Post: 3rd Month

Happy 3rd month birthday to the love of my life!
May we have more fun days to come, more songs to sing, more places to see, more milk to drink and more adventures to go to.

New tricks:

Holding his toys, eating his teether, eating his hands, eating his blanket, eating his rattles (Eli, Monkey and Mr. Bear), longer tummy time and going to his sides on his own.

Seconds

Happy Second Month Gavin!

He can now coo, see colors and lift his head a bit :)

Taking a bath

My son hates the water.  It has been a pain in the arse to bathe him while he was in the NICU, when he went home to my mom's house and even after we moved back home in Pasig.

We made sure that his water was hot but bearable and thy each stroke of cleaning him was carefully done.  Pero cry parin to the max si bulilit.  He always wants someone to hold his hands while bathing.

Now on his second month, we noticed that the crying spells became shorter until he didn't cry at all. One week na without tears and still counting.  Hopefully he outgrows his water hatred :)

Photo Shoot: Baby Shower Studio

Asian Hospital had a promo for a free newborn photo shoot when Gavin was born. I thought we won't be able to avail of it because the little man was in the NICU for quite sometime but lo and behold, the photographer was there on our discharged day, hence the wonderful photos.

The Baby Shower Studio also gave us a free 60th day photo shoot :) Buti na Lang the studio was near my mom's place in BF (it's near Conti's).  It was also good to know that the photographer is a registered nurse, taking away my fears as Gavin cried the whole time during the shoot.
